You can delete your account directly in the app. If you no longer have access to the app, this page lets you start a request to delete your Ludivaro account and associated data.

Delete in the app

  1. Open Ludivaro and go to your account settings.
  2. Select the account-deletion option.
  3. Review the deletion information and confirm your decision.

No access to the app?

Email us from the address associated with your Ludivaro account. Use “Delete my account” as the subject. If you cannot email from that address, explain the situation — we may request additional information solely to securely verify that the account belongs to you.

What will be deleted?

We delete the account together with your profile, photos, plans, chats and your messages in conversations with other people, as well as your event participation and attendance confirmations. Only data we must keep for legal, security, abuse-prevention or legal-claims reasons remains for a limited period (including sign-in logs and the record of moderation decisions — 90 days), along with database backups until they are rotated out. How long does it take?

Deletion confirmed in the app takes effect immediately. Requests sent by e-mail are handled without undue delay, once we have verified that the account belongs to you. If legal or security reasons require some information to be retained longer, we restrict its use to the necessary purpose.
